Supplier Performance Evaluation

The performance assessment is carried out on an annual basis in accordance with the criteria defined in the Supplier Performance Assessment.
All raw material suppliers are evaluated, as well as suppliers that impact product or system conformity, such as consulting and auditing, telecommunications, water and electricity, equipment maintenance, occupational health services, and laboratory suppliers.

The qualification of suppliers and service providers is the result of the evaluation and is carried out on three levels (Level A, B, C).

The supplier is considered qualified when IQF≥2.
